How do I make a booking?

Visit the “make a booking” page on this website,  enter your name and contact details, select the type of session you wish to attend along with the day and time. Then just press send book to complete the booking and you will receive a confirmation via email. Then you are free to attend the session you selected.

How much does each session cost and how do I pay?

Sessions each incur a $10.00 cash fee from all participants which is payable at the time of attendance. We do not accept credit card or eftpos at this stage so cash is the only available payment method

Where are you located?

Does it matter if I do not have any previous experience?

Previous experience is not necessary to attend our coaching sessions and we welcome newcomers and those with the encourage and enthusiasm to engage in something new.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Some people find it convenient to attend our sessions with a water or drink bottle, a towel to wipe of sweat or even a change of clothes but this is not a compulsory requirement and you are free to make your own decision regarding if you require any or all of these items.

What clothing should I wear?

Try and wear something you are comfortable in and that allows you to move around easily and freely. Commonly our patrons attend wearing either a pair of shorts and a t-shirt or a tracksuit but this is not compulsory and you are free to wear any clothes that adhere to the above specifications.
